| Christoph Pfeiffer, CEO of Clarity AG, successfully led media[netCom] onto the New Market as Chief Financial Officer in July 2000. Previous to that he managed complex software projects in Hong Kong, the USA, and various European countries for Ernst & Young. The Economic Forum Germany awarded Pfeiffer the "National Leadership Award" in 2003 and with the "Innovativer Mittelstand" award by the Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken in June 2005. In 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005 Pfeiffer was also recognized as a finalist in the Entrepreneur of the Year award sponsored by Ernst & Young. |  | | | | Dr. Kai Runkel, Managing Director of Clarity Services GmbH, has been at the head of Clarity Services GmbH since 2001. Previous to that, he had been responsible as IT Manager for the locations Bonn and Cologne of the Kabel New Media AG. In this position, he was responsible for the Key Account Management for Deutsche Telekom and T-Mobile. Dr. Runkel has held other positions at Chips at Work, Bonndata and Iqena. He received his PhD from the Rhineland Friedrich Wilhelms University in Bonn in the area of experimental physics. |  |
