Hertz Rent A Car relies on Clarity Contact Manager

Clarity Supervisor: Call Centre Administration by Drag and Drop

By the Clarity Supervisor, Clarity makes a novel graphical administration surface for the management of call centres available for call centre operators. At a glance, executives can see all relevant call centre figures and the alignment of call centre working places. Perfectly informed, they can administrate the call centre simply by a mouse click and, if need be, make changes quickly and install new working places. Interactive functions like text chat or training improve the communication with the call centre agents.
