Three new TC systems for call centre and business telephony

Duly on time for Call Center World 2008, one of the most important fairs of the industry, Clarity AG offers three new telecommunication systems:

  1. The Clarity Call Center Edition offers the basic equipment for call centres and companies with helpdesks: functions like, for example, Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) and Unified Messaging raise the phone service to a new level.
  2. Also developed for call centres is the Clarity Dialer Edition, which supports professional outbound campaigns. The modern dialer module increases the efficiency of the call centre agents and reduces costs.
  3. Optimally suited for call centres and security organs is the Clarity Logger Edition, the system of Clarity for call recording. A wide range of filter functions help finding and analyzing the calls.

And a new Client for the Clarity Business Edition

The new tool of the Clarity Business Edition combines all functions of a messenger and telephony functions in one application. On the PC employees can see what colleagues of the company are available by phone. By a mouse click users can start calls, call forwarding and phone conferences. Hereby, the Clarity tool also refers to the existing contacts of the e-mail client. Furthermore, the Business Client can be configured at the users’ discretion. The Business Client can even be used as a switchboard.

In Development: Clarity Speech Edition

Within the next few months, Clarity AG will launch a new speech dialogue platform, the Clarity Speech Edition. The new system is a further development of the established V3 speech technology of Clarity, which is used by many customers, also in combination with the Clarity Contact Manager. Among other features, the Clarity Speech Edition includes a new live statistics tool and improved speech identifications.

Deloitte Study on Trends in the TC Industry

In the telecommunication industry, the significance of companies from emerging nations is increasing. More and more companies from industrial nations are becoming candidates for takeovers. This is one of the results of the study „TMT Predictions 2008“ carried out by the auditing and consultant company Deloitte. The study shows global trends in the areas technology, media and telecommunication.
