Automated meter reading with Clarity software

With software solutions from Clarity, it is very easy for customers to indicate their consumption of electricity, water and gas by phone. To do this, a consumer only has to call the service number of the energy supplier, and after registration, the Clarity system automatically processes all consumption data. The speech portal from Clarity also accepts phone keypad entries. Consumers and suppliers both benefit from this system. Annoying appointments for meter reading are now a thing of the past. Due to the automation, costs for the data recording by the supplier are reduced.

Clarity offers system for self diagnosis of call centres

A new version of the Clarity Dialer Edition includes numerous improvements and new functions. By the new self diagnostic function call centre managers can identify flaws and errors on time during operation. The system warns the operator, for example by e-mail or by SMS. Additionally, Clarity also has optimized the Predictive Dialer, the tool for outbound campaigns.

International Comparison of Call Centres

Throughout the world, the number of call centres is growing. Also in Germany more and more employees work in the call centre industry, which is meantime a symbol for globalisation. A major study supported by the Austrian Science Fund FWF compares the situation of call centres in 17 countries.

Review of the Call Center World 2008

At its 10th anniversary, the Call Center World, has with an increase of 11 percent of trade visitors, experienced an attendance and exhibitor record. Also Clarity AG could gain a lot of interest at its booth. “Our visitors were above all interested in the new editions for the call centre telephony“, explains Christoph Pfeiffer, CEO of Clarity AG. Sincere thanks are given for the visits and the many useful suggestions of our customers. Next year, Call Center World will take place again in the Estrel Convention Center in Berlin from February 16th to 19th. Clarity will also participate in this leading fair of the industry again.
