Your Clarity Team
The telephone is most notably the main means of communication in establishing contact with customers. However, in the age of Internet the communication channels have broadened and many companies face the challenge to sensibly combine web technology, e-mail, fax and telephony. The Clarity Business Edition merges all communication channels efficiently through the Unified Messaging Module (UMS). The e-mail account plays a decisive role in the process. All incoming and outgoing messages, regardless of whether voice mail, e-mail or fax, are processed in a uniform manner, i.e. unified, as e-mail. All data is available electronically and can therefore be easily matched to the respective customer transaction. The below-mentioned study from Berlecon Research confirms the increasing demand by German companies for unified messaging functionalities.
New business corporation: Live Test of Clarity Systems with Vortel Telephone Numbers
Clarity AG and Vortel GmbH have established a business corporation in March 2008. Vortel offers cost-effective telephony via VoIP for private and business customers. Within the scope of the cooperation, Clarity customers who purchase on approval can now obtain a free telephone number from the VoIP provider. They can test Clarity TC systems like the Clarity Business Edition in a test environment for operational suitability. There is no service charge for this telephone number, only the actual cost of the calls has to be borne.

Directly to the new Editions:
The demand for Unified Communication functionalities is high. This is confirmed by a study published by Berlecon Research, in which a total of 50 ITK decision-makers in German companies participated. “The overwhelming majority of CIOs regards the integration of different communication channels and their involvement in office applications in their company as useful. Three-quarters of the interviewed participants see an important value contribution for their company in these UC functionalities," explains the Berlecon analyst Philipp Bohn.
