 The integration of the Internet yellow pages, GoYellow, provides Clarity Business Edition users with even more transparency and user-friendliness when making telephone calls. An automatic check is performed for each incoming and outgoing call to see if the number is stored in the online address directory. Where applicable, the page www.goyellow.de is opened in the Internet browser and the contact details of the person with whom you are talking are displayed. For business entries, a dynamic aerial map of the respective address is also displayed. This means that persons calling for the first time can also be greeted by their name, enabling a pleasant conversational atmosphere from the very beginning.
According to their own information, the Internet yellow pagescomprises 34 million data sets and includes different categories such as travel and traffic and weather.

MS Outlook Integration: all contacts at a glance
 The integration of MS Outlook's contact manager further increases the ease of use of the Clarity Business Edition. Outlook contact data can be accessed directly via the screen form and a telephone call can be started per mouse click - annoying switching between the different applications is therefore no longer necessary. "Frequent callers", above all, will benefit from this.
Sending SMS: faster and more comfortable with the Clarity Business Edition
 It is now possible to send SMS directly via the screen form of the Clarity Business Edition. Users simply need to click the desired recipient, select the option "send SMS" by clicking the right mouse button and enter the text in the window which is opened using the keyboard. This function facilitates, for example, the transfer of information between internal and external employees and enables a faster and more comfortable transfer of messages, wherever this is necessary or where verbal contact via the telephone or written contact via e-mail is not possible.
