Call connections, call waiting and call holding, perhaps a telephone conference now and again, that’s all. The service description could easily fit on a single page.  Modern telephone systems, in comparison, can do a great deal more. New functions enable new business processes, make your daily work easier and provide previously unknown levels of mobility and availability.

Clarity has now created a comprehensive product catalog in order to better meet the information requirements of customers and other interested parties. What possibilities are there and how do they work? Graphics, tables and descriptions provide both laymen and technicians with a swift overview of the platform principle and the modules of the Clarity solutions. Launch of the Clarity partner program: VAF meeting. New partner concept is presented to the members

In the April newsletter, we informed you that Clarity AG became a member of the VAF on the 1. April. Our membership will allow us to accommodate the needs of the market regarding new distribution channels. The association’s efforts are part of a comprehensive marketing concept, which is being expanded successively.

On the 13. and 14. June, Clarity introduced itself to the VAF members for the first time during an event organized by the association. One of the core themes of the event related to the question: how can especially attractive offers be developed for customers during such difficult times, and which solutions and services can best help companies at the moment?  Clarity presented its telecommunications system and solutions as an effective means of reducing costs. “Through the automation and simplification of processes, Clarity systems can be amortized within a few months”, according to Clarity’s CEO, Christoph Pfeiffer, who was present at the event.

The new partner concept from Clarity generated a great deal of interest. It offers dealers and system integrators the possibility of selling Clarity solutions as “Registered Channel Partners”, “Certified Channel Partners” or  “Premium Channel Partners”. New BITKOM survey:
Employees want home office jobs

BITKOM LogoWe never tire of using this newsletter to inform you about the possibilities for relocating your office work to a home office with the right technologies (this includes call-center work). A current survey by the BITKOM (German Association for Information Technology, Telecommunications and New Media) shows just how popular this subject is at the moment. The survey, during which 1000 people were questioned, produced the following results:

  • 10% of the employees are already working (part-time) from home
  • 21% would rather work from home
  • 28% would rather travel to the office each day
  • 41% would like to work from home a few days of the week.

According to the BITKOM executives, both employees and employers can benefit from these new work models. Employees can look after their families better and save time and money, as they do not have to commute, and companies can reduce their office rental costs.
