Clarity AG starts a new partner concept:
Systemhaus S.I.G. is the latest partner to join

S.I.G. LogoClarity has developed a comprehensive partner concept over the last few months in order to improve customer proximity even further. We are happy to be able to present our newest partner, the S.I.G. This company, which is based in Neu-Ulm in Southern Germany, has an excellent sales and marketing network that focuses on Southern Germany. S.I.G has around 70 employees – most of which are highly qualified network specialists – and its own computer center, which means it is an ideal partner for Clarity. This partnership not only ensures that our customers receive first-class advice and technical support for the increasingly complex telecommunication technologies, it also provides them with the possibility to outsource their telephone systems to the S.I.G. computer center. This hosted solution provides maximum security and convenience while reducing investment requirements. If you are interested in our partner concept, we would be happy to provide you with additional information.

Integrating mobile phones into a TC system.
It’s really easy with a Clarity solution

Mobile PhoneIn it’s edition from the 27. August, the specialist magazine “funkschau“ dealt with an exciting subject that is currently being discussed in many companies: The integration of mobile phones into TC systems (Clarity was one of the first companies to offer such a feature by the way). In addition to improving the reachability of employees, such a solution also allows the costs for calls to be reduced considerably. Valuable information can be found in the “funkschau“ article.

We would, however, like to comment on the author’s final conclusion. His conclusion: ”The general demand for mobile applications and FMC (Fixed Mobile Convergence) will more than likely increase, keyword: mobile office. However, as long as the majority of the rival FMC approaches remain proprietary and place additional demands on ITC administration, a sweeping market success is highly unlikely. This is because the ITC infrastructures in the companies must be updated prior to utilization, in addition to the end devices”.

Comment by our newsletter editor: At Clarity, the integration of mobile phones is not proprietary and no additional demands are placed on the ITC administrators. Furthermore, end devices need no updates whatsoever when operating a solution from Clarity.

His conclusion continues with: „... The success of such solutions is therefore rather unlikely until integration and configuration can take place irrespective of the TC system in use and, preferably, per plug and play.”

Comment by our newsletter editor: With a Clarity solution, the integration and configuration can be completed regardless of the devices in use. And plug and play is already a reality at Clarity. You see, outstanding quality “made in Germany“ really can be so easy. Do you have any questions about mobile phone integration? We would be happy to provide you with advice about the possibilities!
