Your Clarity AG
Clarity is pushing ahead with the partner concept that it started last year, and has gained the company runIT AG as a partner in Switzerland. The consulting company specializes in the provision of IT products and solutions that provide customers with added value from both a technological and economic perspective. This added value must be verifiable and provide long-term benefits.
The partnership agreement concluded with runIT will facilitate Clarity’s exploitation of the Swiss market, as the technologically sophisticated communication solutions offer even more potential when combined with a high level of consulting expertise and in-depth technical knowledge. Clarity has gained an experienced partner with runIT AG, which fulfils all requirements to the full.
Despite the subdued mood in the markets and a lower willingness to invest, the CCW 2010 nearly matched its record results from last year. The overall résumé at Clarity’s stand was also very positive when compared with last year, and the presentation of the Clarity Call Center Client generated a great deal of interest.
New: for the first time ever, visitors to the plenum were able to influence the events taking place on the podium via a TED system and, therefore, create a kind of “mood barometer”.
The results of BITKOM’s current survey on IT trends for 2010 showed that cloud computing/virtualization, mobile Internet, IT security, E-Energy and Enterprise 2.0 were the most important subjects. One thing that the survey shows is that companies are particularly interested in tangible ITC topics. Prof. Dr. August-Wilhelm Scheer, President of BITKOM, stated that “during difficult economic periods, focus is placed on technologies that can increase a user’s efficiency and performance”.
Applications that enable a precise analysis of the economic situation in companies are generating a great deal of interest. The keyword is business intelligence: “Business intelligence software provides managers with a fast overview of their cost structures and the available resources”, according to Professor Scheer. 30 percent of the IT service providers surveyed view solutions related to business intelligence as an important trend this year.
Transparency with the Clarity Statistic Module
Large companies and, above all, call centers generate extremely high telephone costs – which can be reduced via effective controlling. Clarity’s Statistic Module and the open database can be used for identifying and removing unnecessary cost drivers as well as identifying the different telephone techniques used by various individual departments. This feature can provide some important insight, something that is especially beneficial with regard to sales controlling.
More mobility? No problem, with the Clarity Mobile Server! Another topic, which is becoming increasingly important, is employee mobility. Companies want to be able to contact them simply when they are on business trips or working from the home office. The Clarity Mobile Server allows virtually every telephone device to be connected to the corporate TC system simply and quickly. The Clarity solution provides numerous possibilities for reducing costs and maximizing mobility.
Not everybody is interested in reading up on the subject of “making professional telephone calls”. That’s why we are happy that this instructional film, which lasts for approximately 90 minutes and provides viewers with an introduction to this exciting topic, has been produced.

The DVD imparts the basic knowledge that is required for ensuring calls are handled in a customer-oriented manner – and gets you in the mood for learning more. Who knows, maybe you will find the time to look into the subject of making professional telephone calls more intensively after watching the DVD ...
