Your Clarity AG
Companies can now make drastic savings during the installation of their TC-systems (depending on the size of the project, savings of 5,000 euros or more can be achieved). This is possible thanks to a technology that was recently introduced by Clarity, which enables companies to dispense with the usual gateways, if they wish. To enable this, the SIP trunk of the provider is utilized. The new Clarity solution is compatible with the SIP trunks of many well-known national and international providers, which equates to complete flexibility for your company and independence from SIP gateway manufacturers. The savings potential is dependent on the size of the TC-system to be installed. Please feel free to contact us if you would like additional information!

The Clarity developers have given the old Clarity statistics tool a complete overhaul. Thanks to the new “Clarity Statistics” tool, in and outbound campaigns can now be analyzed with a greater degree of precision and flexibility. The new structure allows queries to be completed much more easily, and the results can be exported to MS Word, Excel and PDF files.
The new solution utilizes a platform based on industry standards, which can be configured quickly and easily in line with the specific customer requirements. What’s more, no installation is required as Clarity Statistics is a web-based tool. It can also be integrated into other programs and environments, if required. Please feel free to contact us if you would like additional information!

A book tip appropriate for the World Cup: “Das Spiel”. Football and cooperation within a company have more in common than you would think. In his book “Das Spiel”, Alexander Ockl, a corporate consultant and enthusiastic football fan, explains why people in so many companies moan about their IT departments, and how the “bad passes” between departments can be reduced.
Written in the form of a “non-fiction novel”, Ockl’s book illuminates concepts from the IT and business worlds by using stories and game scenes and drawing parallels to football. The book highlights common causes for the problems between IT and operations, with the objective of turning both areas into a smooth-running team. Topics include project management, correct planning (portfolio management), management, personnel and organizational development, business process analyzes, business process management, requirements analyzes and requirements management.
Our conclusion: An entertaining book for all IT and TC project managers who want to ensure a smooth and successful implementation. We have 3 copies to give away. Simply send us an e-mail with “Book tip” in the subject line to newsletter.feedback@clarity-ag.net and you will be entered into the prize draw. Entry deadline is the 31. Juy 2010, the judge’s decision is final. Good luck!
