Predictive Dialer increases Success of Outbound Campaigns

The eliax AG offers a service which saves its customers time and nerves. The company with headquarters in Berg, Switzerland, makes sure that losing a key-bundle doesn’t drive one nuts. Customers can register themselves with eliax and receive a key-chain with a unique engraved number. When a lost key-bundle is found, the finder only needs to put it in the next letter-box. The key would then be sent to eliax and on the basis of this unique number, sent to its rightful owner.

Clarity has developed a software which saves eliax time and nerves. In order to promote the lost-key service, eliax started a telephone campaign using a Clarity Predictive Dialer. The Predictive Dialer loads numbers from a customer database and dials it automatically. Based on the average call and connection duration, the dialer calculates when the next agent will be free and puts him on the line with the next call punctually.

For the individual agents, it means that he can concentrate himself entirely on the call and not on the administration of addresses, telephone numbers and the dialing process. Additionally, the predictive dialer offers him help with the reporting of results. The agent can record results already during the call. After the call, he can mark whether the case is closed or not. In the first case, the contact will not be called again. In the second case, a follow-up is set off.
