Call Center Applications: Clarity and Grutzeck-Software announce cooperationCommercial Partnership of Clarity and Grutzeck Software GmbH relating to call center applications/ First successful project combines the Clarity Call Logger with Grutzeck Software AG-VIP SQLClarity AG and the software provider Grutzeck Software GmbH have decided to cooperate for call center applications. Grutzeck- Software is a provider of standard software for address management, CRM and call center solutions. Clarity offers comfort telephony, telephony extension, and telephony automation on an integrated software platform, the Clarity Communication Center.
The first project of the cooperation includes the combination of the Grutzeck software AG-VIP SQL, which is a CRM software to handle sales processes, with the Clarity Call Logger, a tool to record telephone conversations. This solution has already been successfully implemented by a telemarketing provider in Northern Germany for outbound campaigns. The Grutzeck software AG-VIP SQL automatically dials telephone numbers and supports the call center agent with an interactive calling manual. As soon as a call enters the sale phase, the Clarity Call Logger starts automated and records the call of the agent. The recorded call was saved as a voice file and attached to the customer history. In case of need this file can be easily accessed in the customer data by the Grutzeck software. Thus the call center possesses a legal evidence of the customer order. Additionally the recorded calls can be used for staff training.
