Call Center Study: Cost savings are one of the most important management objectives for year 2006 / the Clarity Call Center Suite helps call centers to get their costs in control.

Cost savings are one of the most important management objectives for year 2006. Call Center Trend Study (CCTS) 2006 from the Consultancy Christoph Busch brought forward these results. For the study, a total of 107 call centers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland were surveyed.

The reason for the cost savings is the declining trend in the call center market. Due to this reason the people surveyed, among them owners, CEO’s and managers of call centers, expect only a marginal increase of the yearly budget for 2006. Therefore, it is not a surprise that participants of the study keep an eye on the cost structure and specially consider process optimization as an effective method to reduce costs.
