Clarity AG presents its new feature of the Clarity Communication Center at the Call Center World 2007. This software-based telecommunication system for call centre and business telephony now allows the connection of locations through IP protocol. As Clarity AG’s CEO Christoph Pfeiffer explains,“these enhancements not only allow telephony functions to be available in various locations, but they may also be used everywhere with the support of the IP-connection.
