Clarity AG’s most recent innovation allows it to provide its customers with a telecommunication system directed specifically at their special needs. Noteworthy is the cheap price and flexible financing options that come along with the new Clarity Business Edition. As Christoph Pfeiffer, CEO of the Clarity AG, emphasizes "with a monthly payment of merely 249 Euros, firms will be able to acquire a professional telecommunication system" (Note: this value relates to a system with 24 seats and a leasing period of 72 months).

The Clarity Business Edition is software based and is available in four package sizes of 24, 48, 96 and above 96 users.

All four packages offer the same efficient system further including private branch exchange with the usual features such as conferences and call diverts. Private branch numbers are transferable meaning that workers are able to register in any random telephone rather than being bounded to a fixed desk. This way, even home offices can be included in the network. Additionally the system enables unified messaging, meaning that faxes and spoken messages go into the email inbox. Yet another highlight is the module Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), which allows calls to be made over the computer such as for example through the Outlook contacts. The user can choose between using a headset or a normal telephone device.

Particularly special among the call centre telephone functions is the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) feature. It is the key element in assuring that queues are avoided, reducing thereby the stress on telephone centrals. Furthermore, an additional advantage is the improvement of customer communication as it guarantees that they will be attended by a competent contact. The use of the follow-me function complements this in that the called party is always reachable. Should they not be found under their normal phone numbers, this enables them to be searched under other numbers such as for example mobile phones. All of this occurs in the background highlighting the advantages of the system, as it assures that the caller is unaware of these procedures.

Yet, it is not only the price and these attractive features that define the strengths of the Clarity Solution. Above all, firms consider the system’s future possibilities a crucial criterion. According to Pfeiffer, the Clarity Business Edition stands out especially due to its compatibility with other well-known telephony standards ranging from analog telephony to ISDN, and Voice over IP. To top it off this can be done in a large variety of different combinations.

This adaptability to future needs is also distinguished by the flexibility in the system’s scale which comes from the modular structure. Modules, telephones or private branch exchange can be therefore simply added or excluded according to need.

Thanks to the user friendly interface these changes are easily made. Within a few minutes new telephones and private branch exchange can be made available.
