Clarity offers new telephony solutions for the Call Centre and Business Telephony

On time for the start of Call Center World 2008, Clarity AG presents the new telephony solutions. “All new telecommunication systems are based on the established basis technology, the Clarity Communication Center“, explains Christoph Pfeiffer, CEO of Clarity. This software-based telecommunication system has been used by many customers for years.

 

Perfect for Call Centres: Clarity Call Center Edition
With the new Clarity Call Center Edition especially call centres get a flexible and inexpensive basis for the in- and outbound telephony. Yet, also for companies having their own hotlines and helpdesks the Clarity system is perfectly suited, due to its manifold functions and modules. Among these are the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), Unified Messaging (UMS) and Interactive Voice Response (IVR). „With these features, the new call centre solution covers most of the application areas of call centers “, Christoph Pfeiffer points out. If necessary, the Clarity solution can quickly be upgraded by further functions, due to its modular character. Especially interesting for call centres with big outbound campaigns and thousands of address data is the Predictive Dialer module. The dialer automates these campaigns by the tool automatically providing the call centre agents with new callers at the best possible time. Hereby, the dialer considers various parameters like, for example, the agents’ average duration of a call. By the automation, the capacity of the staff is distinctly increased.

However, Clarity AG does not only offer this helpful function as an additional module for the on-board telecommunication solution of Clarity. „ With the new Clarity Dialer Edition, also call centres with other telecommunication solutions can benefit from the Predictive Dialer“, explains Christoph Pfeiffer. Thanks to its interfaces, this edition offers the best possible compatibility with other systems. Additionally, the Clarity system can be upgraded with further modules.

 


Call Recording by the Clarity Logger Edition
This includes also the new Clarity Logger Edition. The Clarity system for call recording can be connected to Clarity telephony solutions, like the Clarity Call Center Edition, as well as to other telecommunication systems. By the call recording, very critical calls like, for example, sales conversations, can be saved. All calls are short-time saved at first. Thus, calls can be listened to directly after they are finished (Instant Recall). For the long-term storage, the companies can use various data media. The system stores more than 30 different parameters. Comprehensive filter functions help finding and analyzing the calls. Due to the interfaces like Active X, the Clarity Logger Edition can also be connected to CRM solutions. Furthermore, the Clarity System is also perfectly suited for rescue coordination centres and security agencies, which are bound by law to save their calls.
