Predictive Dialer: optimal Utilization of High-Quality Addresses

New version of the Predictive Dialer from Clarity / best possible use of high-quality addresses for outbound campaigns / Predictive Dialer can be configured system-widely or customized individually

Clarity has extended its predictive dialer with new functions. The dialer is a software module of the Clarity Communication Center, a software based telephone exchange, which is used especially by Call Centers to set up, carry out, and evaluate outbound campaigns. It automatically dials telephone numbers from a database. Based on different parameters, for example average call duration,  the software calculates when the next agent is vacant and transfers the calls to him. This means that unproductive agent time is significantly reduced and allows maximum call center efficiency.

 

The new version of the dialer includes the utilization of high-quality addresses for outbound campaigns. Especially in sales campaigns for cost and consultancy specific products and services, call center operators depend on valuable address data from decision-makers and managers. “In such activities, each call is important because a single successful call can neutralize the costs of the entire campaign
