Due to the Clarity Communication Center, the travel activity can be limited to the necessary degree, as this solution with the teleconference tool is able to hold telephone conferences between several company locations easily and rapidly. Most remarkable is the use of this function by cross-locational meetings and also by long-term conversations with customers. With this tool, the organization of a telephone conference is conceivably easy. Via a service number the participants enter into the conference room. For this purpose, they log in with their personal PIN code. Thus, it is assured that only authorized people can join the conference. However, teleconferences do not only contribute to the cross-locational benefit, but also evolve their advantages in one single location. Complex issues can be rapidly clarified by all employees concerned instead of them sending emails out-and-out or making single calls.
