Time Frame and Clarity cooperate on call center softwareThe cooperation foresees in its first step the integration of Clarity’s Predictive Dialer in the Clientele’s call center module, which is a call center and a customer relationship management solution from TIME FRAME / Clarity’s Predictive Dialer is an application for operating outbound campaigns, which enables call center agent’s productivity to be increased. / With the integration of the Predictive Dialer, the contact frequency and the application spectrum of Clientele will largely increase.TIME FRAME Software&Solutions GmbH and Clarity AG will cooperate in the future on call center applications. The joint effort foresees initially the connection of the Clientele call center and CRM solution from TIME FRAME Software&Solutions GmbH to Clarity AG’s Predictive Dialer. Whereas Clientele is a software for the development and operation of inbound and outbound projects, Clarity’s Predictive Dialer is an application that may be used by call center’s outbound (telephony) campaigns. According to Christoph Pfeiffer, Clarity AG’s CEO, “the Predictive Dialer dials the phone numbers of those addressed in a campaign and transfers these calls to call center agents, leading to their optimal allocation and capacity utilisation. |
