Call Centers rely on a flexible and efficient telecommunication system for their various inbound and outbound activities. WEKOM TeleMedia GmbH has therefore invested in the Clarity Communication Center for its call center services. This software-based telecommunication system offers customers many personalized modules for their inbound and outbound activities. The Predictive Dialer has proven to be especially important for WEKOM. It is a module that enables the automatic dialling of phone numbers in outbound campaigns. The Predictive Dialer furthermore computes the average dialling and call length, and can therefore direct the agent at the correct moment to the next customer call.
