Clarity Call Center Edition is now available with a fully automatic dialer

Fire brigades and emergency services have long yearned for such a function. Clarity is now offering its customers the Clarity Call Center Edition (CCE) with a new, optional function: the fully automatic dialer allows you to call a whole battery of telephone numbers at the same time, using as many lines as you like. The caller can also play audio files and activate language menus with the help of the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. Target groups for this new function include works fire brigades, emergency services or chemical companies who need to inform a large number of contacts about a current incident very quickly.
