Mobile Server: low cost availability at all times, anywhere

You – or your employees – would like to, or have to, work from home? Or while on the road? This will soon no longer be a problem with the Mobile Server extension for the Clarity Business Edition. This turns each external network device or mobile phone into an extension – with the full range of functions, at fixed-network prices. Customers and employees will be pleased about this as well as managers (and controllers).

 

The way this works is both simple and impressive: the telephone exchange forwards calls to the stationary extensions and – if these are not available – to the Mobile Server, which then forwards the call to the (external stationary or mobile) telephone of the respective employee. Employees can also connect to the system when on the road or at home and make calls – for the same price as if they were in the office and with the same range of functions. Conferences are also possible using standard functions such as call hold or call forwarding.

 

The benefits for callers and employees are two sides of the same coin: each employee can be reached by callers via a single number. No call is “lost” – missed calls are displayed in the call list of the mobile phone, enabling the employee to call back immediately, if necessary.

 

The flexibility which this system provides for employees, with regards to working time and location, is not provided at the cost of service quality, on the contrary: the system sets new standards in customer friendliness, above all in relation to reachability and simplicity.

 

The use of a Mobile Server can lead to savings of up to one third (depending on the respective base rate), compared to the costs incurred for calls made with mobile telephones.
