SubsidiariesThe Bonn-based subsidiary Clarity Services GmbH founded in September 2001, focuses on the visual components of multimodal dialog systems. It specializes in content management and partners with Vignette. InternationalizationThe Austrian branch opened its doors in June 2003 in Vienna. Just a few months after opening, the branch was already servicing a large number of customers. Association and Research ActivitiesIn the second half of 2003, Clarity created the Hessen Research Center for Voice Commerce. Participants in the center's activities include the University of Frankfurt, the Technology Foundation Hessen, as well as the University of Applied Sciences Giessen-Friedberg and Wiesbaden, among others. The center's objective is to coordinate the research on the topic of voice technology and then to facilitate its transfer into practice. Clarity provides the meeting space and handles the operative leadership of the center.
