Dear Sir or Madam,We are living in the information age, but the question is, where is it, this information? Call centers that work with the Clarity Communication Center have it much easier. This is because all important parameters regarding call center operations can be found in the Clarity Communication Center, from there they can also be retrieved. Those who have such a clear perspective of things can make immediate changes precisely where they are needed, in order to ensure optimum efficiency and customer-friendliness in relation to call center operations.
We are also collecting information about our business. And our conclusion after reviewing the first quarter is pleasing. What’s more, according to our forecast for the coming year, we are going to need some additional support. Further information on this can be found in the first article.
Here’s an overview of this month’s topics.
We hope you enjoy reading this month’s newsletter.

The Clarity Business Edition, which comes with the Clarity Communication Client that serves as the frontend, is a telephone exchange that can supplement, extend or even replace added-feature telephones. It provides employees with complete control over integrated telephones at their workplace, irrespective of whether these are landline devices, mobiles, softphones or SIP phones.
Instead of having to deal with lots of inconvenient sub-menus, all functions, such as “conference calls”, “call pickup”, “call forwarding”, “call redirection”, “call toggling” or call waiting”, can be operated simply and easily with a mouse or via the touchscreen.
The ‘remote office’ function enables external telephones, such as those in branch offices, to be integrated as internal phones together with all functions of the Clarity Business Edition. This also includes the ‘presence’ function, which shows which employees in the company can be reached at the moment, who is taking a break, and who is currently in a meeting. What’s more, the Business Edition also includes the ‘call recording’ function. By simply clicking a button, calls can be recorded in full or in part. The recordings in the archive can then be retrieved and listened to at any time using an independent player or replayed directly using a headset or desktop telephone. The legal regulations regarding recordings must of course be observed.
We would be more than happy to introduce you to the Clarity Business Edition. You will then be able to see how each user can adapt the edition in line with their personal requirements. Why not contact us now to arrange an appointment.
“OpenStage SIP” is a range of telephones developed by Siemens that received the iF Product Design Award. The product range consists of eight models, which include a wall-mounted telephone with eight programmable keys and a premium model with first class features for the desks of senior managers.
The OpenStage SIP devices from Siemens Enterprise Communication can now be integrated seamlessly into the Clarity Communication Center. The models with an extended range of functions are particularly suitable for use with the Clarity Communication Center. What’s more, a built-in gigabit switch allows a computer to be connected directly via the telephone, and standard headsets can also be attached to the phones simply and quickly. One feature that will be of particular interest to administrators is “provisioning“. The telephones can be placed anywhere without needing to be programmed individually, as they can be controlled centrally via an administration console.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to receive further information.

We are leaders in a sector where precisely the opposite of conservatism leads to success. Standing still is not, therefore, an option for us; we not only focus on the ‘new and improved’, but also on constantly updating our services and solutions in line with the continuously growing requirements of our customers. And that also applies to our newsletter. After conducting a reader survey, we have given it a spring clean and developed a new concept. It’s called: Basics & Business.
In specific terms, this means we are going to provide clear explanations of our products for those readers who do not yet know our editions or modules. These product basics will therefore represent a new element. Another new element will deal with our business: We are going to provide specific examples regarding the utilization of our products, present an overview of the latest technical innovations, and report about current news from our sector. But don’t worry, our popular book tips and prize draws will still be there. And in order to ensure you can get the maximum from each newsletter, we will be sending it on a quarterly basis in future instead of monthly. The next one will therefore be in your mailbox on the first Monday in August.
We hope our spring clean will generate some new and revived interest in our newsletter, and would welcome any feedback on our new concept.
