Unified Messaging Service

The Unified Messaging module forwards fax and voice messages to the e-mail account thus simplifying the overview over different communication channels. The functions are controlled by clients such as, for example, MS Outlook (Outlook integration).

Functions

In particular, the UMS module offers the following functions:

• Mailbox
• Call listing (missed calls, received calls)
• Listing of journal entries also in contact activities (Outlook)
• Notification by e-mail about missed calls
• Direct dialing from the contact list
• Fax messaging as graphic files attached to e-mail
• Call forwarding per button click
• Call logging
• Sending/forwarding of calls
